On OCTOBER 20, 2006, FRIDAY, we are going to have the induction
ceremony and we need volunteers to help us set-up for the induction.
If you want to join the set-up/decorations committee, please let me
know ASAP. You will earn 8 points for every hour devoted including the planning meetings.
Here is the meeting schedule:
10/16/06 – 10am @ Student Activities office. Also, we will be doing
decorations that day so bring your own scissors and small paint brush
Chocolate Donations: please drop it in the office
- Hershey’s nuggets (dark chocolate only, wrapped in black and gold)
- Hershey’s kisses ( with almonds only, wrapped in gold foil)
Points Agreement:
- 8 points – every hour spent in planning meetings, set-up for the
inductions, etc.
- 5 points – 3 bags of chocolate donations, any combinations

We will also include your name on the power point presentation and
program list if you will volunteer.
Tanya, VP of Fellowship, will start to set-up decorations on 10/20 -
1PM Grand Conference Room.
